Before Christmas, the workers there have still managed to bring the perimeter insulation and finish begin to fill the cellar with the sand deposited on the property. Unfortunately, not enough and the sand pits in the area were all closed - because of the weather. This allowed the pumps for groundwater lowering not be stopped. Our construction manager but said that an attempt is today or tomorrow to get sand to fill up to end of may. The basement will now be flooded but not with the building materials will be arduous.
