a sunny, warm (that is unfortunately too often: sultry) tag is coming to an end. in a good hour it will be night. begin gradually, I pack my bag for traveling to Europe. Today brought me Fri srinath some gifts for my parents. Now we need to put everything and forget nothing. time I fly instead of Rome via Frankfurt and now has the care, it could again be snow chaos. so be it! On Tuesday night I go to the airport shortly after midnight it starts then. Wednesday morning early I'll be in frankfurt. I arrive in Vienna at midday.
are scheduled then 17 days in Austria and Germany almost completely. I may also do some work: the first one my granddaughter (or were) parish secretary in st. anton (Wiener Neustadt) should baptize me. I preach in the pin-february-youth vigil in the sacred cross. and eat, there is a wedding.
on 9 February we celebrate the requiem for a few days before our late brother p. Franz Edlinger and bury him in the monastery cemetery. a day later then we choose a new abbot for our community.
it will be eventful days in any case, before I 19 february fly back to Sri Lanka.
