The new concept of COM Concept. A field report.
Since founding the company in April of this year, almost half a year has passed, time for us to draw a first summary.

The new firm is always trying to find a particularly innovative idea in a niche market. The COM concept is begun early this year with the same claim. From years of experience the artist in the building industry developed a concept that is consistently oriented to the needs of customers. That may sound obvious at first glance but on closer inspection it is not.

My experiences are very positive, but also for property developers families sometimes very sobering.

Madeleine Müller:
A good education prevails. Families who choose precisely one of our competitors, or perhaps for an existing property - for whatever reason - we offer the services of our personal Bauassistenten.
Here each team member, the customer is not just to the side, but regards any property or any building project as if it were his own - of experienced engineers and architects through to the lawyer, we offer a full consultancy service.
Our experience in each area to help families to ask the right questions and, if necessary existing sites to explore.
