10 Facts About Trench Foot

Viebrock has winter break .... and is with us still worked

Before Christmas, the workers there have still managed to bring the perimeter insulation and finish begin to fill the cellar with the sand deposited on the property. Unfortunately, not enough and the sand pits in the area were all closed - because of the weather. This allowed the pumps for groundwater lowering not be stopped. Our construction manager but said that an attempt is today or tomorrow to get sand to fill up to end of may. The basement will now be flooded but not with the building materials will be arduous.
reached me just then a call from our future neighbors who told me that today was worked tirelessly. The basement is (up to 1m on the east side) filled finish, weighted with stones and bricks and Ytong Pumps were turned off. : D I'm excited (pictures will follow ...) Now they have become men but really deserves a holiday!! Is then started at 17:01:11 with the construction of the tent. Until then ...

What Is My Aluminum Jelly

construction day 8: basement ceiling and a topping

Today we were faced with a nearly finished basement. After last week but unfortunately the cellar could not be completed because a defective cellar wall had been delivered, Viebrock stock response yesterday ran on our site. First, the lack of basement wall was erected, then the remaining Basement ceiling mounted and subsequently poured basement walls and ceiling in the composite. At night it was down a tarp so that the low temperatures can not damage the host plant. Today, then the perimeter insulation was installed around the basement, but there was unfortunately some insulation. This should then follow tomorrow. Already looks not that bad ...

After work there was still a joyous reason to celebrate. Our neighbor, also a "Viebrock" had invited to the ceremony. Was a nice little party and - despite the freezing cold - but warm and cordial. Also, thanks to a fan heater. Is already impressive, when one is faced with an almost-ready-sized house, which was a few weeks only on paper! Also from this place the best wishes to you!

10th Sonic Screwdriver Metareplica

construction day 3: The Townhouses

Following a verification call to the supervisor, whether because today, as planned, the basement is poured, we ventured to the snowy streets and drove to the property.
And actually, when we arrived, were ready before all the walls - except one. And since even the phone rang - the construction manager. "Yes, hello Mrs. E., we have a problem. A basement item has been delivered damaged and we want to build not so. We need to order a new one and that will be delivered on Tuesday. "Oooops ... well ... everywhere ...
loss is therefore expected to be the basement until Tuesday completed. Today, however, all elements (walls and ceiling) been established, and the point where the defective wall element is missing, has just left the place.
delayed by this damaged wall now also ... Actually, on Wednesday, the tent should be set up. But this can happen only when the basement isolated and filled, this is happening just now in the new year. It bothers us less, but I can only hope that Viebrock manages to isolate the cellar to fill, so the pump can be dismantled for the drawdown. For all the current costs ... I express once the thumb and could still need a few more thumbs.

Good ... and then again a couple of photographic evidence ... (Some of our "Private Spy" Thanks again for that!)

And
packed so beautiful basement awaits us now on missing parts.

Greetings Melanie
